**Shipment times are not guaranteed at this time due to COVID and peak seasons.** Confirmed orders take anywhere from 1-4 days to fulfill depending on work-load. Once item has been fulfilled, shipping can take anywhere from 2-10 business days depending on courier and service selected. We are closed Saturday, Sunday, & all major holidays. *We are working to improve our shipping rates and time.

USPS only guarantees shipment times on "Priority Mail Express". Claims can be filed directly with USPS for "Priority Mail Express" after the guaranteed shipment date. All other courier services, please expect a possible delay sometimes due to courier services workload.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once items have been shipped. All sales are final. Please email us with any concerns and we will be happy to address each case individually.

We do not ship outside of the US at this time. This includes Canada, UK, Europe, and Asia.

>We are NOT liable for items that show delivered on couriers website (ie. USPS, FedEx, UPS). Please be aware of shipment time and be present for your delivery day.

For orders that show delivered on USPS and not received by customer. Please check security cameras, neighbors, office front desks, or mailbox for keys left by USPS before calling their office.

*No refunds or discounts on shipping will be applied to items shipped out within our production time frame (1-3 days). If couriers website shows labels have been created and delivered it is out of our jurisdiction to track the package.

Signature Confirmation on packages is only automatically applied for "Priority Express Mail". First-Class & Priority Mail does not come with Signature Confirmation. If you would like to request for a Signature Confirmation an additional $2.45 will be charged.

Chick N' Skin, is the processed skin of chicken that we deep fry and season. Our product is similar in ways to pork rinds and chicharrones but made strictly from chicken. Our products are lighter and thinner than pork rinds with the essence of chicken or other flavors. Our items are deep-fried!

Our recipe uses wheat in some seasonings like Thai Chili Lime.

Yes, our chicken skin is 100% organic chicken skin sourced fresh!

Yes, we have phased out of Gluten for our base chicken skins. There are certain flavor seasoning that still has wheat or gluten.

Our products have 0 gram carbs per serving (1 oz.). Chick N' Skin, did not start off as "Keto-Friendly" but we are putting our efforts in to reformulating our product.

Our chicken skin does sometimes come with tiny pieces of chicken feather from the animal. We do our best to minimize and pluck as much as we can but the reality is chicken still has feathers. We are working to improve this process! Please contact us by email if you have any concerns to this matter.
