Sloppy Joe Skins
Who doesn't love sloppy joes in the fall and winter? We know we do. But, let's face it, they aren't really that shareable, and it can be a mess to try and make 20 sloppy joes as appetizers for game day. So, here's our recipe for Sloppy Joe Skins, a twist on the original Sloppy Joes you love paired with our amazing Original Chick N' Skins.

1 pound ground beef
1 can (15-16 oz) sloppy joe sauce
1 jar (15-16) oz nacho cheese dip
1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
2 packages Original Chick N' Skin

Cookware You'll Need
Large platter
Small mixing bowl

Cook the beef in your skillet over medium heat until completely cooked. Drain off the fat. Stir in sloppy joe sauce and put over warm or very low heat. Warm up the nacho cheese in small mixing bowl in the microwave until it's liquid. Layer the platter with Original Chick N' Skins. Spoon the sloppy joe and beef mix over them and then spoon on the liquid nacho cheese. Layer with shredded cheese. Serve and enjoy!
