Here is the ultimate recipe for loaded Chick N' Skin pickle chips that your family will love:

Ingredients
1 cup sliced pickles – dill pickles work best
1 cup crushed BBQ Bacon Chick N' Skins
½ cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs – beaten
1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp chopped chives
Bacon pieces
Salt
Black pepper
Sour cream (if preferred)

Cookware You'll Need
Large baking sheet
Foil
3 small mixing bowls

Recipe
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Line your baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with non-stick spray. In first small mixing bowl, mix together flour, garlic powder, cayenne and salt and pepper (to taste). In second small mixing bowl, place eggs. In third bowl, place crushed BBQ Bacon Chick N' Skins. Working in small batches, place pickles into flour until lightly covered. Next, place pickles into the eggs and cover. Finally, coat pickles into the Chick N' Skin bowl. Place battered pickles on the baking sheet. Once all pickles are coated and on the sheet, bake in the oven about 15 minutes, until the coating is crispy and a golden color. Remove baking sheet from the oven and cover with shredded cheddar cheese and bacon pieces. Return to oven for about 3-5 minutes, until cheese is completely melted. Top with chives and sour cream (if desired) and serve.

Enjoy!
