Ghost Pizza Chick 'N Skins

We all need a little something cool for Halloween snacks right? Plus, hey, it's a great time of the year to really just make epic foods for no reason. While this recipe makes 8 pieces, you can always adjust it to make as many as you need to please the masses at your house. Here is a super easy little snack that you can put together for the kiddos, a Halloween party, or just to please some picky eaters:

Ingredients
8 slices of mozzarella
8 large Chick 'N Skin pieces (we recommend Original or Salt & Pepper flavor)
2-3 tbsp marinara sauce – warmed up
4 black olives

Cookware You'll Need
Paring knife and/or metal/hard edged cookie cutters in ghost shape
Baking sheet lined with foil

Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using a paring knife, or a metal/hard edged cookie cutter, cut a ghost shape out of each slice of mozzarella cheese. If you haven't already, warm up the marinara sauce to a decent temp for eating. Chop up the olives into small, square pieces a little smaller than your pinky fingernail. Place Chick 'N Skin pieces on the baking sheet. Spread a small amount of the marinara on each Chick 'N Skin piece and top the sauce with a ghost.

This is key: turn the oven off, then put the baking sheet in and close the door. (The heat from the oven will melt the cheese but not mess up the crispiness of the Chick 'N Skin that you love so much!)

Leave the ghosts in the oven until the cheese is slightly melted. Remove from the oven and dot the eyes with the olive pieces.

Serve to your ghoulish crew and enjoy!
