Easy Stuffed Bell Peppers
Stuffed bell peppers are a favorite around the US and a dish that makes your whole house smell amazing. Here is a really easy recipe for stuffed bell peppers that has our Salt & Pepper Chick N' Skins on them that you will truly love.

4 bell peppers – any color you like (green has the strongest flavor, yellow the mildest)
1 pound strip steak
½ white onion
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
Black pepper
4-5 Salt & Pepper Chick N' Skins - crumbled

Cookware You'll Need
Baking sheet lined with foil

Heat oven to 350. Slice bell peppers lengthwise and cut out stem and remove seeds. Lay flat on foil lined baking sheet. (If peppers won't lay flat, you can slice a small strip from the rounded bottom so they will stay still.) In skillet, put in oil and heat to medium heat. Add in onion and cook about 5 minutes or so until onion is soft. Then add in strip steak that has been cut into small pieces. Add in salt and pepper to taste and cook until steak is cooked through. Remove from heat. Place a layer of shredded pepper jack cheese, then spoon in a heap of the steak and onion mix. Top with another layer of pepper jack cheese to coat the top. Bake for about 10 minutes, until the cheese on top has completely melted and is a golden brown color. Remove from oven and top with Salt & Pepper Chick N' Skin crumbles.
