Chick N' Skin Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs

Need something amazing for either a game day snack or the hungry crowd at your house? Maybe you want to impress your coworkers with your amazing culinary skills? Well, these Chick N' Skin Cheeseburger Bombs will have everyone eating right out of your hands!
Ingredients
4 full slices of bacon
1 pound ground beef
½ white onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced – or 2 ½ tsp minced garlic
2 dill pickles, chopped
4 tbsp melted butter
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Yellow mustard – if desired
1 tube biscuit dough
Ketchup – for serving, if desired
Salt and pepper to your taste
4-5 BBQ Bacon Chick N' Skins – crumbled
Sesame seeds – if desired
Cookware You'll Need
Baking sheet
Skillet
Recipe
Heat oven to 375. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. (If using foil, spray with non-stick spray.) In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon but leave about 2 tablespoons of the grease in the skillet. Chop up the bacon into pieces. Now, add in onion into the grease and cook until soft, around 5 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring together frequently. Add in ground beef and season with your desired amount of salt and pepper. Cook all the way through, until there is no pink, which is about 5-7 minutes. Drain off the fat.
Flatten each biscuit to about ¼ inch thickness. Put a small spoonful of the beef, pickles, bacon, cheese, and Chick N' Skin pieces on each biscuit. Add on mustard if desired. Now, pull the sides of the biscuit up and pinch the top together to make a ball around the mix. You want them to look like a fat dumpling.
Place each burger bomb onto the baking sheet with the seam side DOWN. Brush the top of the dough with the melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Bake until the biscuits are golden and cooked through, which will take about 15-20 minutes depending on your oven. Serve with ketchup if desired.
Enjoy the adoration of your new fans!
