Buffalo Chicken Dip

We love all of the amazing cheese dips out there but sometimes, you need something a little more 'meaty'. So, we figured that chicken was, well, right up our alley. Add in some buffalo spicing and man, you've got yourself one amazing dip!
Ingredients
Rotisserie chicken – shredded
8 oz cream cheese – softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese – divided into ¾ cup and ¼ cup
¼ cup buffalo sauce
1 tbsp Ranch dressing
A few dashes of hot sauce – to your taste
Your favorite Chick N' Skins for dipping
Cookware You'll Need
Mixing bowl
Baking dish
Recipe
Heat oven to 350. In large mixing bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch, hot sauce, and ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until everything is coated well. Spray baking dish with non-stick spray and pour mix into dish. Top mix with remaining ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese. Bake about 15-20 minutes, until mix is cooked all the way through and top is golden brown and bubbly.
Serve with your favorite Chick N' Skins – we prefer the Tom Yum or Larb flavor with this dip but Original and Salt & Pepper work amazing too!
