2 pounds of thawed chicken strips
3 cups crushed BBQ Bacon Chick N' Skin
3 large eggs – beaten
Salt
Pepper
4 tbsp butter
½ cup buffalo sauce
¼ cup barbecue sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp chopped chives
2 tbsp honey

Cookware You'll Need
Baking sheet
Parchment paper or foil (if foil, spray with non-stick spray)
3 mixing bowls
Saucepan
Large bowl

Recipe
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. If you're using foil, make sure to spray foil with non-stick cooking spray. Set up three mixing bowls for dipping chicken strips as follows: 1 bowl with flour, 1 bowl with eggs, 1 bowl with crushed BBQ Bacon Chick N' Skins. Dip chicken strips in flour, then in egg, then in Chick N' Skins. Place carefully on baking sheet and season with salt and pepper to your tastes. Bake about 20-25 minutes, until golden on the outside and cooked all the way through.

While chicken strips are baking, combine buffalo sauce, barbecue sauce, honey, and garlic powder in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir and bring to a simmer then remove from heat. Pour sauce into large bowl. When chicken strips are finished cooking, place into the bowl with sauce mix and toss. Carefully return sauce coated chicken strips to the baking sheet and cook about 2-4 minutes. Garnish with chives and serve!
