Big Mac Skins

When you are craving a Big Mac but you don't wanna go wait in line at the drive through, it's time to make your own version that are just a bit more healthy. Plus, we love using our Chick N' Skins in new recipes so why not combine them with everyone's favorite mega cheeseburger? Here's our recipe for Big Mac Skins:

Ingredients
Original Chick N' Skins – 1 full bag
Salt
Pepper
1 pound ground beef
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
Olive oil
Pinch/tiny bit of cayenne pepper (to taste)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheeseburger
Chopped tomatoes for topping (about 1 medium Roma tomato)
Dill pickle relish for topping or chopped dill pickles (about 1 large whole dill pickle)
Shredded lettuce for topping
½ cup mayonnaise – not spice or flavored
2 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp paprika

Cookware You'll Need
Skillet
Platter
Mixing bowl
Baking sheet

Recipe
Heat oven to 250 degrees. Heat skilled over medium-high heat and add in ground beef. Season with cayenne, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until beef is cooked completely through. Drain fat. In mixing bowl, whisk mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, vinegar, and paprika until it's smooth. On baking sheet, lay out Original Chick N' Skins side by side. Top each skin with ground beef and shredded cheddar cheese then bake for about 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted. Transfer Chick N' Skins to platter and top with tomatoes, lettuce, and pickle. Drizzle sauce over them and serve!
