Barbecue Chicken Dip

We all love a good barbecue, but sometimes it can be hard to grill out or find the time to prepare everything just perfect. In the meantime, there are some amazing recipes, such as our Barbecue Chicken Dip, that you'll love. And, it goes perfectly with our Original Chick N' Skins!
Ingredients
3 8 oz blocks of cream cheese – softened
½ red onion – diced
1 ½ cup barbecue sauce – your favorite one
4 tbsp real bacon pieces OR 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups pre-cooked chicken breast – shredded (we prefer rotisserie chicken)
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 roma or plum tomato – diced
1 tbsp chopped green onion – plus a bit more for garnish
Original Chick N' Skin – for dipping
Cookware You'll Need
Crock pot or slow cooker
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low heat for 1 ½ hours or until everything has melted. Stir and cover with garnish of green onions (if desired). Serve with our Original Chick N' Skins.
