4 Chick N' Skin Football Appetizers

Football season is upon us and it's time to start thinking about what type of amazing football appetizers we can enjoy. We here at Chick N'Skin love football season mainly because of all the amazing football recipes we get to enjoy. So, we thought why not create some yummy football appetizers ourselves! Here are 4 different Chick N' Skin football appetizers that you can enjoy this football season:

Jalapeno Chick N' Skins Poppers
You'll need: 12 fresh whole jalapenos, 2 oz feta cheese, 4 oz cream cheese (room temp), 4 oz shredded smoked pepper jack cheese, crushed BBQ Bacon Chick N' Skins, minced onion pieces
To make them: Cut the top 1/3 off each pepper and slice open fresh jalapenos lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds and place on baking sheet. Mash up the cream cheese, feta cheese, shredded cheese and onions and stuff the peppers with the mix. Coat the tops of the cheese mix with crushed BBQ Bacon Chick N' Skin pieces. Roast peppers about 15 minutes until they are tender and the cheese is a golden brown color.

Chick N' Skin Nachos #1
You'll need: Original Chick N' Skin, cheddar cheese sauce, sliced jalapenos, diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, sour cream (if desired)
To make them: Place Chick N' Skins in a bowl, cover with cheddar cheese sauce, top with tomatoes, olives, jalapenos and sour cream. Enjoy!

Chick N' Skin Nachos #2
You'll need: Original Chick N' Skin, your favorite tortilla chips, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, sliced jalapenos, refried beans, sour cream (if desired)
To make them: Place a layer of tortilla chips on a large platter. Spread headed refried beans over the chips. Layer shredded cheese all over the chips and beans. Layer tomatoes, olives, jalapenos, and Chick N' Skin crumbles over the cheese. Microwave or heat in oven to melt cheese. Serve with sour cream or salsa. Enjoy the gooey goodness.

Hot Chick N' Skin Dip
You'll need: 1/2 cup Tom Yum Chick N' Skin (crushed), 16 oz cream cheese (softened), 3 cups chopped cooked chicken, 2 cups shredded mozzarella, 2 tbsp ground red pepper, 1 cup buttermilk ranch, 2 tbsp butter, and Chick N' Skins for dipping
To make them: Heat oven to 450. Spray 8 inch pan with cooking spray. In a big bowl, stir cream cheese until it's smooth. Stir in chicken, red pepper, ranch dressing, and mozzarella. Spread this mix in the pan. In another small bowl, mix crushed Chick N Skin and butter. Spread this mix over the cheesy mix in the pan. Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 mins, until edges are brown and dip is hot in the middle. Remove foil, bake another 5 mins. Serve with your favorite Chick N' Skins for dipping!
